Extra Tickets IAME World Finals 2021
Aan organisatoren worden door IAME extra tickets ter beschikking gesteld voor de IAME World Finals 2021. Hoeveel tickets per klasse is op het moment van opmaken van deze aankondiging nog niet bekend.
Het toekennen van de extra tickets wordt gedaan op basis van de tussenstanden na twee wedstrijden.
Om voor deze tickets in aanmerking te komen is deelname aan deze wedstrijd voorgeschreven.

We adviseren de deelnemers die niet op vrijdag kunnen inschrijven, dit te laten verzorgen door uw teammanager. Dit om er zeker van te zijn dat u de bandjes heeft die toegang geven als u bij de hoofdingang arriveert.
We adviseren om de nodige formulieren en uw administratie in orde te brengen, zodat u dat niet ter plaatse nog moet doen.

- Zaterdag 02 oktober: vrije training voor alle klassen en wedstrijddag voor de BEKC en GK4 Formula Honda 9PK (sprint).
- Zondag 03 oktober: wedstrijddag IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS-NK IAME en Tillotson T4 Series Netherlands-NK T4.

Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Kartdagen 2021 en aantal toegelaten personen
1. Eén van de eisen die de Belgische en Nederlandse overheden stellen is een protocol, ingericht overeenkomstig de geldende voorschriften.
2. De regels van de Kartbaan zijn leidend, zodat een aantal punten, zoals aantal toegelaten personen, kan afwijken van hetgeen in het protocol is opgenomen. Deze punten worden gecommuniceerd via de gebruikelijke kanalen.
3. Het protocol is als download geplaatst op de internetsites www.nkiame.nl, www.gk4kartseries.com en www.t4nl.nl.
4. Het aantal toegelaten personen is nog niet bekend en zal zo snel mogelijk worden gecommuniceerd.
Overnachting
1. Er is niet in een camping voorzien op het terrein van Karting des Fagnes.
2. Er mag niet worden overnacht op het gehele industrieterrein.

4. Er mag uiteraard niet gebarbecued of een “feestje gebouwd” worden. Houdt u zich aan de regels, we zijn te gast bij Karting des Fagnes en moeten ons als zodanig gedragen.
5. Bewaking is aanwezig. Deze zal ook op de naleving van de regels toezien.
Paddock, stroom
1. Afname stroom paddock voor het weekeinde is verplicht. Kosten € 10,00 per dag, te voldoen a contant bij de administratieve controle.
Voor de zaterdag training zijn deze kosten ingegrepen bij de kosten training € 55,00.
2. Tenten kunnen vanaf donderdag 30 september worden opgebouwd.
3. Bij aankomst op het circuit is het noodzakelijk om de paddock verantwoordelijke te contacteren voordat u uw tenten opbouwt; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). Dit om de goede werking in de paddock niet te verstoren.
4. Tenten dienen min. 1,5 meter uit elkaar te staan tbv ventilatie.
5. Iedere kart moet op een dekzeil, met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. worden geplaatst, ter bescherming van de ondergrond.
6. Ruimtes tussen de karts in de tenten, minimaal 1,5 meter rondom.
7. Personenwagens en lege bestelwagens moeten buiten de paddock geparkeerd worden. Houdt u er aub rekening mee, dat er gecontroleerd wordt en voertuigen die er niet mogen staan verplaatst dienen te worden, ook als de tent als is opgebouwd.
8. Voordat u het terrein verlaat, moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn (geen afval, geen tie-raps, geen banden achterlaten).
9. Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
Vrije Trainingen
Voor de openingstijden van de baan voor vrije trainingen verwijzen we u graag naar de website www.kartingdesfagnes.com. (dagelijkse baanprijzen die niet bij het inschrijfgeld zijn inbegrepen). [B]Op vrijdag kan er getraind worden door alle klassen.[/B]
Huurmotoren
Voor geïnteresseerde rijders is er de mogelijkheid om motoren tegen een strak tarief te huren. Dit geldt voor alle klassen. Info te verkrijgen via de organisatie info@nkiame.nl.

Banden

- Banden, zowel slick als regen, worden uitsluitend op bestelling geleverd via:

DFK Antwerpen, gk4tyres@outlook.be voor Formula Honda 9PK en BEKC.
- Er mag niet met eigen banden worden gereden.
- Vergeet u aub niet om uw banden tijdig te bestellen bij uw erkende dealer. De lijst met dealers staat voor u klaar als download op onze internetsite.
- Zowel de slicks als regenbanden moeten worden aangemeld bij de scanning. Uitsluitend nieuwe banden mogen voor de IAME klassen worden aangemeld, slicks en regen.

Warmdraaien motoren
Er mogen GEEN motoren worden warmgedraaid. Het is toegestaan om de motor te starten, maar deze moet dan ook meteen weer worden uitgezet. Let u op, dit is strafbaar gesteld in het Wedstrijd Reglement.
Briefing/Startprocedures
Er zal geen briefing plaatsvinden.
De briefing wordt in het Nederlands en Engels als download geplaatst op onze internetsite.
Tevens worden documenten geplaats betreffende de startprocedures.

Extra Tickets IAME World Finals 2021
Additional tickets for the IAME World Finals 2021 will be made available to organizers by IAME. How many tickets per class is not yet known at the time of making this announcement.
The allocation of the extra tickets will be done on the basis of the standings after two events.
To be eligible for these tickets, participation in Mariembourg is required.

Cpoint Protocol Covid-19 Karting Days 2021
One of the requirements set by the Belgian and Dutch governments is a protocol, set up in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The rules of the Karting Track are leading, so that a number of points, such as the number of admitted persons, may deviate from what is included in the protocol. These points are communicated via our usual channels.
Due to the relaxation of government measures in Belgium, part of the protocol does not apply.
The protocol is posted as a download on our internet sites www.nkiame.nl, www.gk4kartseries.com en www.t4nl.nl.
We request that you take note of the content, so that you will not face any surprises, because each person present is individually responsible for compliance.
Overnight stay / camping / paddock
1. There is no camping site on the Karting des Fagnes site.
2. It is not allowed to spend the night on the entire industrial estate.

4. Obviously, no barbecuing or “partying” is allowed. Please obide the rules, we are guests at Karting des Fagnes and must behave accordingly.
5. Security will be present. They will also monitor compliance with the rules.
Paddock/Electricity
1. Purchase of electricity paddock for the weekend is mandatory. Costs € 10.00 per day, to be paid in cash at the administrative control.
For the Saturday training, these costs are included in the training costs of € 55.00.
2. Tents can be set up from Thursday September 30.
3. Upon arrival at the track, it is necessary to contact the paddock manager before setting up your tents; Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). This in order not to disturb the proper functioning in the paddock.
4. Tents must be at least 1.5 meters apart.
5. Each kart must be placed on a tarpaulin, with a minimum size of 3x4 mtr.
6. Spaces between the karts in the tents, at least 1.5 meters around.
7. Cars and empty vans must be parked outside the paddock. Please keep in mind that there will be a check and that vehicles that are not allowed to be parked there must be removed.
8. Before leaving the site, each team / driver’s area must be perfectly clean (no trash, no tie-raps, no tyres left). Offenders will be fined € 500.00 for any form of pollution.

Tyres
- For details please refer to the timetable. Please observe this strictly.
- Tires, both slick and wet, are only delivered to order via:
1. PDB Vlaardingen, pdbkart@pdbkart.nl for IAME SERIES NETHERLANDS and Tillotson T4.
2. DFK Antwerp, gk4tyres@outlook.be for Formula Honda 9HP and BEKC.
- It is not allowed to drive with other tyres.
- Please do not forget to order your tyres in time from your authorized dealer. The list of dealers is available for download on our websites.
- Both slicks and rain tyres must be provided for scanning.
- Only new tyres may be used in the IAME classes, slicks as well rain tyres.

Warm-up engines
It is strictly forbidden to warm up engines. It is allowed to start the engine, but the engine must also be switched off immediately. Please note, this is made punishable in the Sporting Regulations.
